How do I download the Box.Live app?

Box.Live is available through your favourite app stores and as a browser extension. 




How do I create a free account?

How do I turn off emails and push notifications from you?

You can update your messaging preferences anytime from ‘My Account’ > ‘Account Settings’. 

How do I update my email address or password?

Select ‘Account Details’ from ‘My Account’ and use the ‘change password’ or ‘email’ tab. You’ll need to reconfirm any new email via a confirmation link we’ll send to your new inbox. 

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

Enter your email or username here and we’ll send you instructions on how to reset it:

How do I update my cookie preferences? 

You can update your data preferences anytime from ‘My Account’ > ‘Account Settings’. > ‘My Data’

How can I delete my Box.Live account? 

You can permanently delete your account and data from ‘My Account’ > ‘Account Settings’ > ‘My Data’

I want to cancel my payment.

Box.Live isn’t a subscription service, we’re just a boxing information site that displays TV and streaming details. We don’t currently collect any payments.

Data & Schedule Questions 

I’m a boxer; how do I get a Box.Live profile?

Box.Live editors decide which profiles to list based on a fighter’s current and future involvement with the highest-level sport. We guard this to help keep the site manageable and provide the best experience for our users. 

How do I add my event?

Box.Live only displays cards at the very top end of the sport. Although we love and respect all the promoters putting on events worldwide, we unable to cover everything.  

I’ve noticed a mistake with your data, or you’ve missed a fight!

We’re really sorry about that! Contact us to let us know and we’ll get it fixed asap.

I’m having technical issues, or a feature isn’t working correctly.
